• Improved the easylearn LMS frontend to support hospitals and institutions with high training needs by delivering 100+ merge requests in six months—ramping up in weeks while other team members needed 6 months to start contributing code—shipping new features and expanding the shared component library to enable faster feature delivery and consistent UI.
• Introduced Storybook for UI documentation and Jam.dev for error logging, transforming debugging from "works on my machine" scenarios to immediate issue identification, increasing visibility and boosting overall team productivity.
• Took ownership of complex frontend features and shared infrastructure within an eight-person agile team-resulting in promotion to Professional within one year.
